Lindsey and I spotted a gap in the market for a local independent estate agent who offered an outstanding level of service to its clients. We realised we could make a difference.

With over twenty years in the property sector, I was ready for change in the industry and took a long overdue leap into launching our business. We had decided that sellers and landlords in the local area would benefit from our personal approach to estate agency.

Launching our business on April Fool’s Day in the middle of the first pandemic lockdown was not how we imagined it would start. We had to wait 12 weeks to book our first viewing. However, in the face of adversity, we rolled up our sleaves and got on with the job.
